SHIPPING POLICY

Every WHOLLYFOUND piece is printed to order, so each order has two stages: production and shipping.

Delivery times

• Production: 3 to 7 days after you place your order.
• Shipping: 7 to 14 days once your order has been produced.

In total, most orders arrive within roughly 10 to 21 days of ordering. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen during busy periods, holidays or customs checks.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries around the world. The destinations available to you, and the shipping cost, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and your order.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking details are sent to the email address you used at checkout.

Orders shipped in more than one package

Items in the same order are printed separately, so they may be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different days.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total unless shown at checkout.

Delivery address

Please check your shipping address carefully before you pay. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at whollyfoundstore@gmail.com and we will try to correct it before your order ships.
